When your order has been dispatched into our courier network, we will send you an email to enable you to track your delivery. The email will Provide details of how many parcels have been dispatched.

In the event of Sylick Fashion UK sending the incorrect goods, we will refund the buyer’s full amount including the postage costs.

If the package has not been dispatched yet, we will be able to ship to the new address. However, if the package has already been shipped, then the shipping information will not be able to be changed while the package is in transit.

An email will be sent to you with a QR Code in addition a return label when you create a return. Take this code to the post office to complete a return. Alternatively, you can print a label and attach it to the package and take it to the post office.

We have a 14 days return policy from when the package is delivered to you. No returns will be accepted after this period.
