You may return most items, in a new and unused condition and always in the original packaging within 14 days of the date of receipt.
For hygiene reasons, certain items such as underwear, socks and bra cannot be returned if unwrapped unless faulty.
A refund will be made within 5 working days of the goods being received back into stock, providing the goods are in the same condition as when dispatched i.e. all outer packaging must be intact.
Safe return of the goods and transport costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
Sylick Fashion UK will not be responsible for any further Shipping and custom costs incurred by the buyer.
In the event of Sylick Fashion UK sending the incorrect or faulty goods, we will refund the buyer’s full amount including the postage costs.
